Add some Parisian chic to your nails with the Lace Manicure! Barielle celebrity manicurist, Elle, gave us the lowdown on how to create the look at home! Step 2: Spray glue dry (a spray-on glue that drys instantly and holds everything in place) onto nails. Step 3: Cut and shape excess lace using a small pair of embroidery scissors.
