Curl before mascara

Never apply mascara before using a curler on your eyelashes. You should apply all other eye makeup (liner, shadow, shimmer) first, but keep your lashes clean before you curl them.

I don't curl my eyelashes. I guess I'm just lucky, because my lashes always look fine when I just use mascara. I have decent eyelashes anyway, so there's really no need for mascara expect to thicken a bit.
What is a good curler. I have one and my lashes won't curl unless I have mascara on first. What Iam I doing wrong.

The curler will stick to your lashes and pull them out leaving gaps in your lashes
Curing before using mascara is the only way.
curling before mascara isnt the ONLY way.. you dont apply mascara first because your eyelash curler would get all dirty and ruined.. when you use your curler on a bare lash then you can keep your curler for a longer period of time! :)
i heard that before using an eyelash curler you should heat it up for a few seconds with a hairdryer, its supposed to make it more effective and it works...but i was wondering if itwas safe? plz reply...
I actually found that it works really great- though If you can find a fancy eyelash curler that comes with its own heated base, you should get it... but If you can't find one, a hair dryer works fine, just don't heat it too long... then it could become a safety hazard... um do you have any recommendations for a girl who curled her lashes so much that they started falling out? I love my eyelash curler but I really can't use it without losing at least 3 lashes per use... they are really sparse now and I use to have a really nice set of lashes... have any solution?
i heard if you apply mascara then curl that your ey lashes with brake off
I've curled after appying mascara and never had any issues with any lashes breaking off...

I Put Mascara on first then i heat my eyelash curlers and i dont have any problems...
