Lining the inner rims of your lower lids with a shimmery white, silver or gold liner will not only make your eyes appear bigger, but also brighter. These light-reflecting colors will instantly brighten up dark inner corners, making your whole eye area appear larger. A light hue can also make the whites of your eyes look bigger, as opposed to defining their borders with dark eyeliner, which can make them look small and squinty. To get the look, first sharpen the pencil to ensure that it’s clean before it touches your eyes. Next, soften and warm up the tip by rubbing it on the back of your hand. This will help the pencil glide effortlessly along your skin. Finally, run the liner along your inner rims from inner to outer corners. Finish with two coats of lengthening mascara.

this is something i've tried and it really works. if u don't have a white eyeliner, go for silver eye pencil.

I always have a hard time finding white eyeliner pencils that are soft enough to make a white line. Do you know what brand is good? Seems like I have tried almost all of them. They are just too hard to make a whiteness show.

H&M's white eyeliner is really good, it's soft and makes a really white line that stands out!

try white shimmery powder use it as a powder liner. apply it using a very fine make up brush. wet the brush with clean water . it works:-)

Look for gel liners. They go on much softer and glide so you don't get that irritated pulling sensation that makes your eyes water. I love Trish McEvoy or CoverGirl Eye Slicks (they are a little to thick to use on your inner eyes though).

My eyes are already quite big and it help if you use some snazzy eyeshadow that goes nicely with white like a gold shimmer colour x

I have BIG eyes as well and find it better if you use black eyeliner because it makes them seem smaller. IT IS GREAT!

can you get this white eyeliner in any store?

pumpkin_muffin93 wrote: Sun, 2008-11-30 12:18

you can even take a cream sparkly eyeshadow and dip in in a wet angled brush. its like liquid eyeliner, and stays great. i like flirt's peach champange

I have eye allergy problems , so many eye makeups make my eyes itchy.Does anyone know of a pencil that won't irritate sensative eyes????PLEASE????

meg_lynne252 replied: Wed, 2008-12-10 17:41

Try mineral eyeliners, like Physicians Formula or Pur Minerals. Mineral makeup is automatically much more gentle than traditional lines so they are probably your best bet.

If you have watery eyes just use water proof mascara

jencbee replied: Sat, 2009-12-26 15:29

yep mineral makeup is best if u have sensitive skin. even if your skin isn't sensitive, mineral makeup is great :)

huni786 replied: Mon, 2011-03-07 13:29

use liquid liner it wont smudge like pencil liner or get waterproof liquid liner it works on my eyes as it is watery.

I have very watery eyes too. I use water proof mascara and eye liner and it really helps! I also take some eye liner in my purse when i go places.
