Does eyeliner make your eyes look smaller?Try using a lighter color (such as brown, taupe, or navy) and applying a little at a time. Draw a thin line first and observe the results in the mirror before going back to apply more.
If eyes still appear smaller, try applying liner to the outer two-thirds of the eye only.

black eyeliner does make ur eyes look smaller you can also change ur eyes shape with black eyeliner if you use a light color such as white then it will make your eyes look bigger and more open
White doesn't look good, mabye light brown.
use black AND white, black in the outer 2 thirds and white on the inner corners

black eyeliner makes my eyes look great! but then i have big eyes anyway, but not tooo big
I think it does make your eyes look smaller but if you make it really thick and then top it off with some pink shimmery eyeshadow it looks hot.

why is it that on celebs they wear a line of eye liner on their top eylid and it looks good, yet when i try it it looks silly.
were do you put it? i lift my lashes up, and put it below them. it looks great. are you putting the liner above the lashes? because then that would look silly
because cebs have perfeshonals to do there make up evey 5min and we do i make up 1 time in the morning

it depends what kind of look you want. if you want more of a calmer look i would go with pencil, and liquid for a more dramatic look.
use liquid liner just on the eyelid and u will have bigger looking eyes...
and if you dnt like liquid pencil or crayon works (makesure your pencil is sharp first)
