Does eyeliner make your eyes look smaller?Try using a lighter color (such as brown, taupe, or navy) and applying a little at a time. Draw a thin line first and observe the results in the mirror before going back to apply more.
If eyes still appear smaller, try applying liner to the outer two-thirds of the eye only.

Can sumone counsel me on how to put eyeliner?? I've got asian eyes...It's quite hard for me to know HOW nd WHERE around the eye to put the eyeliner.... could it be that wyeliner simply doesn't suit chinesse eyes??? HELP!!!

I'd reccomend putting your eyeliner just 3/4 of the way on your top, start on the outside and go almost all the way in, and only put it halfway on the bottom.
If you have asian eyes then they're probably a brown color, and i'd reccomend using a color like green, blue or silver, it will make the color of your eyes pop out more
I have honey brown eyes, blonde eyelashes I use black mascara and blonde eyebrows and red hair. What color eyeliner & mascara will make my eyes pop.
put it right next to your eyeslashes, inbetween your eyeball and your eyelashes.
Is it better to use eyeliner on inside of lower lids and not use on top of the lids as u get older?
i think black black is to harsh on the eyes unless you want that look i think that mary kays steely colored eyeliner on just the outer corners of your bottom lid is perfect for everyone and if you want your lashes thicker put it really close to the edge on the top and if you have hazel eyes like me put on like a light pink eyeshadow to make your eyes look more hazeler:):):):)

black makes a lot of people's eyes look smaller. try brown, and if that doesn't help, use white.

omg, white eyeliner does make your eyes look bigger. i use it in the outer corner of my eyes.
although, i have a small problem. my pencil eyeliner is very stubborn. it never wants to go on. i have to press really hard and then wipe it away.
how do you apply eyeliner on your top lid without making it look away from your eye? i can never make it go closer to the lash line. again with the stupid pencil... i need serious eyeliner help...
get up to the mirror as close as you can then close your eye and apply as close to the eyelash as possible, take it slow and it takes practice.

i think you should just use a thin but able to see line then if you dont then you look like a racoon. plus another thing you should avoid is bright eyeliner. this girl @ this camp called camp calcium her name was kesi and she did a rainbow under her eyes. she had purple, lime green, black, pink, blue, oarnge and brown in a row it was disgusting.
My right lid droops slightly down and my left eyelid is normal. Can I do anything with eyeliner to make my droopy lid look equal & more open?
I have blue eyes and don't know how to put my eleiner on right. I don't know if I should put on top and bottom. I am now 45 and when I look at pictures of myself, my eyes look smaller. I have blonde hair and blue eyes, so the black use to go good. I NEED HELP. Any suggestions onreally good foundation that don't show wrinkles soo bad!!!!!
uhhh this is kinda weird but when i put on a light eyeliner my eyes always seem smaller and when i put on black eyeliner (just bottom not top) it makes them seem bigger. Help!?!
