Liquid eyeliner

Have Q-tips (cotton swabs) close at hand when applying liquid eyeliner. It's much easier to correct a mistake or a too-thick line before the liquid dries.To avoid dulling the line, liquid liner should be applied after eye shadow but always apply mascara last.

This really helped, but I made the mistake of buying WATERPROOF eyeliner... It takes twice as long to wash off.

lol im no artist it only takes me 2 mins or less to do eyeliner and i hav got many compliments of the way i do my eyeliner
me too! i always mess up and it takes me forever...
the same way you would apply a eye pencil except make the line more thin and add a flick in the corner of your eyes
It's not as hard as you may think to apply liquid eyeliner. I do it everyday, you just need a lot of practice and pacience. The q tip tip is good, and i would also advice not to use waterproof. It's harder to clean off when you make a mistake.
I partly close my eye when applying, then feeling my wy across the lashes, brush over from where eyelashes star to the end of the eye.
Carrying on a bit further makes eyes look bigger.
I then use a lighter Kohl pencil on the bottom of my eye.
Apply liquid liner before mascara.

thanks i am starting 2 wear makeup next year and i want 2 look hot so i am planning on using liquid eyeliner... and i had no clue how 2 appy it
all you have to do is close one eye the one that you will be applying the eyeliner on get the eyeliner and swiftly line it in your eye lid but dont make it thick make sure you put a flick on the corner of your eyelid as this creates a more dramatic look its jus fab i do it all the time love eyeliner.... hope this helpd
I always have a hard time applying liquid eyeliner to my left eye because I'm right-handed. It looks a bit odd lol.
