Choosing an eye shadow color can be tricky. Try on shades that contrast your eye color — it’s contrasting, not similar, colors that will make your eyes stand out.
Think in terms of 3 for whatever color you choose: A light color to highlight near the brow, a medium shade on the lid, and a dark shade to line your eyes and define the contour.
