Eyes Beauty Tip

Red eyes

Red eyesDoes the term "red eye" literally apply to you? Avoid reaching for the eye whitening drops every time. Constant use of vasoconstricting drops can result in a "rebound" vasodilation causing eye redness to worsen.

Instead, make an effort to get a good night's rest on a regular basis. On those occasions when late-nights are unavoidable, try applying cool teabags to closed eyes for 15-20 minutes to calm and soothe tired eyes.

It really does work. I tried this after reading about it in uncommon cures for common ailments. It also helps the bags and circles under your eyes after a long night,
