Ever wonder what category your skin tone falls into? Try these simple tests to determine if your complexion is warm (with yellow undertones) or cool (with pink undertones):
1. Does gold flatter your skin tone better (warm)? Or silver (cool)?
2. Try an orange (warm) and a pink (cool) scarf around your face and determine which looks better on you.
3. If the veins on the inside of your wrist appear greenish then you are warm toned; if they appear bluish, then you are cool toned.
4. Try on a white and a cream colored top. If the cream looks more flattering, then you are warm toned, if the white looks better then you are cool toned.
