Keep your hair sleek and shiny like Whitney Port with this frizz-fighting tip.
Step 1:

Once hair is dry, rub another pea-size amount of shine serum between palms, then lightly smooth hands over hair. This double layer of serum will seal up your hair cuticles and prevent water droplets in humid air from seeping into your strands and causing them to swell up and frizz out.
