For the smoothest application of lipstick...Combat unsightly flakes by preparing your lips before applying lipstick.

• Wear lip balm every day and use a lip treatment once a week that contains salicylic acid to slough off dead skin cells.

• If your lips are still dry try this trick: Mix a pinch of brown sugar with a dab of lip balm and gently massage over lips to buff away any flakes. Follow with lip balm.

• Lip balm should be applied at least 15 minutes before lipstick to allow balm to sink in.

• Blot lips with tissue to remove any excess balm before applying lipstick.

Somehow helpful why not get a lip balm that has a colour coz it smoothens your lips and adds colour

I have a better one! With your teethbrush wet, brush your lips gently, afer removing all unwanted flakes dry your lips with a towel and use lip balm, you will feel your lips smoother

i put vaseline on my lips then, with a wet brush, gently brush away all the unwanted flakes. It really does work! after that reapply lip balm. NEVER USE LIP GLOSS INSTEAD OF LIP BALM!!!! IT MAKES YOUR LIPS WORSE!!!!
