for already stained nails you can also use toothpaste. use an old toothbrush and toothpaste and brush it on your nails. it worked for me.
thanks for that idea. you can also try soaking your feet in listerine to kill the fungus.
lemon juice also fixes stained nails, and buttermilk softens your fingertips. (it really works. i tried it)
I use dark colors in the winter and then fact of the stain has kept me from wearing light colors. So Toothpaste works or listerine. I'll try it.

that is a great tip! because that yellow stain looks like fungus.
They also sell a product sold beauty supply stores called "Bubble White." It's about $2 for a packet, it is a powdery substance that you mix with warm water, it sort of bubbles and fizzes and you soak your nails in for 5 minutes. It does a pretty good job of removing the stains, but it's a bit pricey to use on a regular basis.
