Nail troubleshootingProblem: Split or flaking nails.

Reason: Dipping your hands and nails into strong soap detergents strips keratin from your nails and wears down the nail surface.

Helpful Tip: Always wear rubber gloves when washing up.

Good idea, I need to do this because my nails flake alot, and I have to wear nailpolish so they dont look bad, any other reasons this could be happening?

I dunno, but I realise my nails tend to flake more after a swim. And they go all soft. Blech.
