or you could make the part if ur hair soaked that you want it dyed, and go out in the sun for like...
a week (or less, depending on how bright u want ur hair)
and it turns is a blonde!!!
I did it to my bangs... but the best part, its only 1$!

Yeah that does work, however it is extremely damagind to your hair I learned in cosmetology. And yuck, brushing your teeth with it sounds nasty! haha.
