brushing your teeth with baking soda or strawberries can also whiten your teeth

Okay something you could use, gel teeth whiteners. On a small peice of paper put a dab of whitener and usual amount of toothpaste, which should only be dime sized amount, mix with a toothpick. When it is fully mixed, LAY PICK ASIDE. Brush your toothbrushes' bristles lightly across and brush teeth but leave on for 2 minutes. When you do that, it helps not only whiten but keep your breath smelling and feeling clean and fresh longer. Take the toothpick and get the excess mixture and line it along your gumline and between teeth so that when it sets to whiten it will look naturally white. For stained teeth, leave on for 5 minutes. If you have chipped or broken or rotting teeth, not good for using because it will make sensitive teeth and if your teeth are rotting it can lessen the strength that your teeth has left from the rotting. Don't use on dentures or caps!!! If you have food sensitive teeth then you should get a sensitive gel or use baking soda instead. When the time is up, spit it out nad do like you normally would, but RE-BRUSH with just toothpaste like you normally would, rinse out use mouthwash, and rinse and you are good to go!!!
