Really, i found it works pretty well. I mean the corsette, now thats a different story. But i like the long shirt and long pants idea. plus spanx is pretty good too =]

clarissa16 wrote: Sat, 2008-01-12 10:56

really, this does'nt work if you have big hips or butt, pulling a long shirt over them well just bring more attention to them and HELLO FATSO. and the corset PLEASE! how about a real tip.

I thought she gave some really good ideas to try out in a really short amount of time. I've been wondering about those "Spanx". I think I'm gonna give 'em a try, except I'm a bit worried about the possibility of a fat roll hanging out of the top at my waist. Has any one tried those and what do you recommend regarding sizing?

miraklinda replied: Sun, 2008-01-13 22:24

I personally use the complete body shapers. They are like a regular corset on your stomach area but work as spanx on your lower area, it also comes with a special bra for those little handles under your armpits, u know what Im talking about. As for the rolls going up or down, doesn't really happen unless you are extremely heavy, I mean EXTREMELY. About the size, the ones I use are by measurements so they go perfect on your body, I advise you to check where you live, Im sure there must be someone who knows. I love 'em so much I started to sell them, they are FANTASTIC!! Downside, they are expesive as well

Spanx are God's Gift to Women...seriously. buy a pair and I promise you will never EVER regret it. Spax are the modern version of a girdle and they flatten you out and make you look together. even if you're thin as can be except a little pouchy belly or saggy butt, Spanx will lift, smooth and make you feel like a super star. I recommend them for every woman!

Well, I think it's great that she is trying her best to show women there are other alternetives and you don't have to be so down and out on yourself. She confident and she likes her roles just fine...

Colors play a big role in making you appear slimmer. Like dark colors and instead of light jeans wear a darker wash jeans. Also, don't wear those jeans with the sand washed just plain dark jeans because they just highlight problem areas such as thights or whatever you wish to hide. The same goes for girls without curves, just wear a lighter wash.

ch_lovin... replied: Mon, 2008-01-14 11:29

Also the more curvy girls don't wear larger prints or stripes however a thin pinstripped pant does elongate the legs.

bikerchickbabe wrote: Mon, 2008-01-14 23:22

all of these little tricks were helpful. i'm already tall, and extra long jeans with heels work great!!!
