yes you can my husband is an on air tv personality and uses hair gel on a qtip before putting on brow color. Becasue is you use hairspray is will run into your eyes if you get sweaty....
an all natural quick fix is use of aloe vera gel. Environment & skin safe. You can use the stuff they sell for sunburn relief as long as it is 100% aloe vera gel with no chemicals.

My problem is I lost all my eyebrows with chemo so what has come in are very few and light in color. How do I fill in to make eyebrows.
