When your over weight you need yoga for that not for a girl thats a size one
i know its stuped
Yoga is also a way to relax and take time to yourself. You should try it. It's very soothing.
(;
yoga is not only ment to lose weight but it is ment to also keep you in shape and work out your muscles and its healthy for you.
seems to know her yoga-didn't teach us how to breathe properly.
Her attire was a bit inappropriate for yoga-her left "cheek" was hanging out.
yeah she really was teaching like you knew everything about it but the order of the steps and her clothing really wasn't helping her
If you do not know how to breath yourself then you would die and what she is wearing is not inappropriate it is dance attire they are called dance shorts so don't judge cause what she is doing is to lose weight be healthy and get relaxed all in one you should try it sometime
It helps you STAY fit too and plus if you are a stree-a-holic like me then this is great as well. It helps you stay balanced.
well that girl on the show is really good but she just need some weight!!!
she goes to fast
she seems very nervous, and looks embarassed as she doing the yoga, she also needs to go slower and teach us all she knows.
A good exercise for a firm body
Is there any woman, who does yoga, who looks normal (like marjority on the street) that can show some tips. It is such turn off when you see these anorexics "helping" with weight loss tips.
Is someone who hasn't lost weight really qualified to teach weight loss? Of course they all look 'anorexic' I wouldn't want someone 'overweight' telling me how to be thinner.
I don't mean this to come off as a gripe session, but I have a response to some of the negativity I've seen on this post. Keep in mind, the purpose of yoga is to thin, elongate and stretch muscles; someone who is fit, that teaches yoga, should be an indicator that whatever they are doing is on target. She does not look anorexic to me and appears to take very good care of her body. We all have small skeletons under all our skin, and it's easy to forget that with the onset of wieghtgain, no matter how you gained it. I am overweight, but at one time I was in very good shape and it wasn't from complaining about how fit or unfit the instructor was. It was because I listened and opened myself up to discipline. It's frustrating to be overweight, but being bitter about those that are thin is not the best approach for gaining discipline. I wish you all the best for 2008 and encourage you to be as positive as you can and open to new things.
Thank you girl!
I agree i like to keep fit and love to go swimming i sometinme get bullied becaece of my small frame but most people who say things to me are overwieght! I am glad that you wrote this comment in and hope that maby some people will stop being so bitter. I have now realised that in school you are either too fat or too thin but there will always be the people who think that they are perfect.
(sorry for any spelling mistakes)
I know skinny people never make fun of other skinny people and over weight people never make fun of other over weight people and so on. It is a never ending battle my friend. You made me notice that too that in high school it was always the more curvy girls that made fun of me because I am tall and skinny and since I was bigger chested that just made it worse! People are always jeleous of what they don't have and have to take it out on others. I know how you feel but hey I'm with you.
thanks for the positive, you are right on target.
I think that is totally right i am not perfect either really everybody has flaws but of course some things you can fix no matter who teaches you if you lose weight who cares you still are going to get results if they are right which they should be so you go girl for speaking your part i personally like it
Seriously....people need to get a life.....that saying could not be anymore true!
shes really skiny has ahas really long legs!!! =o
the best way to lost weight is through cardio workouts. Such as running, jogging, cycling, skipping, and swimming.
Its great for things like flexibility but it will only work on one or two of the many aspects of fitness.
hey same here!
i agree with you because i have always done swimming and i am a size 0
omg I so should do this everyday...im not fat just not not in shape
wow, what a coincidence. i have just started doing yoga. i started doing it about 2-3 weeks ago. i started to do it so it would relax me and make me more flexible. i am a dancer and i need to be chilled and flexible. this was kinda helpful. it was a little fast though. i think i might stick with my routine.
i agree
weight loss programs GENERALLY speaks for every person... not only a size like that woman has. Plus, she shouldn't go too fast if the broadcasting site only allowed 10 minutes of video showing. They should have just posted it to Veoh.com, it can provide 30 minutes or longer of video showing.
Plus, she wasn't even one bit talking about any breathing technique. it would just be a regular stretching exercise if it didn't have any breathing technique. I've experienced such a discomfort while doing a 'yoga' without any breathing technique. It was hard to get relaxed.
As a dancer, I know that yoga is really really good for you, but the best thing to do to lose weight is to get your heart pumping. Lots of jogging, walking, swimming, skipping etc. Yoga, and pilates, are more for strengthening your muscles, particuarily your core, ie abs and back. But these are pretty good routines for toning
