Celebrity beauty is a pretty touchy subject over here at Daily Makeover HQ. We can get into long and impassioned arguments about just why we love (or hate) a celeb's hair/makeup/shoes/etc. Fortunately there is one celeb we can all agree on, and that's the always lovely Reese Witherspoon.
I've got the biggest girl crush on the talented actress -- I love her style choices and went ballistic when she debuted those killer bangs on the red carpet at the 2007 Golden Globes (Ryan who?). She's just one of those celebs you feel like would be an awesome shopping buddy, someone you'd want giving you style and beauty advice.
Naturally, when I heard the Academy-Award winning actress was launching a new perfume with Avon I got all kinds of excited. I'm not usually one for celeb fragrances, but I had a feeling an eau de Reese was something I could get behind. The fragrance, called In Bloom, is exactly what you'd expect from a good Southern gal -- it features notes of magnolia, Georgia peach tea leaves, gardenia, jasmine and amber. It's a totally floral and feminine fragrance that also has an edge of strength and sensuality to it that's just gorgeous. It's definitely a scent to try.

my fav reese witherspoon look is definitely with bangs. they make her look so casual and like you said, a nice shopping buddy hehe. if desired though, the classy and glam look with bangs also looks great on her. she's a great artist!

For a glamorous look, I really like the Nov. 20, 2008, photo on page 2 of the gallery, and of her more casual, everyday looks, my favorite is Oct. 28, 2009, on page 1. Reese has a lovely face shape that can go with or without bangs, and with up or down hair. She's blessed!

I love her cheek bones. In the picture above, her smile really shows her cheek bones. The picture of her on March 22nd, 2009 is also really nice. To me, I'm into natural hues of makeup, and on her it just looks flawless and beautiful.

I really like her March 10th, 2009 and June 22nd, 2005 looks. The first one is very pretty and sophisticated, but with a country-ish touch. I'd love my hair to be like that! : ) The other, with her hair up, looks very low-maintenance and comfortable, I guess. I also love her light makeup-just enough to enhance her features.

I love her with her hair part up and part down. Basically, she has this . . . understated glamour. She looks good but doesn't look overdone or that she made a huge effort - and you know she did. That takes talent and practice, that "naturally" glamorous look. And okay she's probably gorgeous with NO effort.
Anyway, the part up and part down hair is my fave look on/for her.

Reese Witherspoon October 28, 2009 is my favourite look because apart from the fact she has lost that baby face we fell in love with in Cruel Intentions, she still doesn't look a day over 25 :)

It is difficult to choose just one look for Reese Witherspoon. Each picture is a style different from the other. Reese has kept her looks modern and classy with each appearance. However, each style worn in each photo captures Reese's elegance and poise.

I especially like the November 12, 2008 look with her layered chin length cut and the side swept bangs. Because Reese has a heart-shaped face with a high forehead ( like me), the bangs de-emphasize the height of her forhead while allowing you to see her full face and gorgeous eyes.
The length of the cut coming just below the jawline helps add a little fullness to the lower jaw and chinline which can often seem sharp and pointed on those of us with a heart-shaped face. It's simply stunning on her

I think the bangs look really good on her. I like also that her look is simple but looks so put together. I also like when she wears low-key make-up. She looks so pretty naturally and she doesn't need lots of make-up.

i am supposed to say which of Witherspoon's beauty looks i like best. I dont need to look at the 'style gallery' to know. It's Reese's inner beauty that shines out, she has inner beauty. It is like they say, "beauty is only skin deep." Reese has exhibited her inner beauty through her kindness and outreach in charities such as the Afghanistan Releif Organization, Food Bank for NYC, the Children's Defense Fund, UNIFEM, and more. Reese is also a mother. I think that Reese is a good example of a working, caring, and loving mother. It is no wonder that she has had such a successful career. Reese has talent, selflessness, and a beautiful heart. For all these reasons and more, I cannot choose her one beauty look that I like most. Therefore, I will sign off saying that, Reese and every woman out there has beauty. Beauty is seen and interpreted differently by different people. For me, Beauty comes from what is within; it is that inner beauty and strength that makes a woman who she is...a blessing.

I adore Reese, and truly admire her. I am an aspiring actress myself, and I really look up to her as a role model. People often tell me I resemble her, so when I get haircuts, I almost always turn to pictures of her for inspiration! The look that I have stuck with for the last few years (I don't even need the picture anymore, I get it so often!) is her 2007 Oscars style. It just...works! What i absolutely love about Reese, is the way her make up is done.. She pulls of red lipsick like a pro!!... It looks amazing on her!
She always looks so natural, some celebrities out there looked caked in stuff, but Reese always looks so neutral. Another thing I love about Reese is that she doesn't try to keep that extremely young look.. she dresses, does her make up, and hair for the age group shes in. She always looks amazing! !!
