The tangerine lace is captivating but with a little more fabric and a simpler cut, this Jean Paul Gaultier couture dress would have gone from trashy to elegant. "I had two choices and this was the safe one," Fergie told Seacrest. Maybe she should have gone with the other one.

Although she made our worst dressed list, we must admit that our Jersey girl is on her way to making a comeback. Snooks went with a black and zebra dress that was a little too tight for our liking. However, her strappy white heels and giant bow headband are sure signs of a fashionista under that fake tan!
