We spoke with the pros at Wella Professionals, the hair brand who has a very impressive roster of red carpet hair under their belt already from this season, including Madonna, Michelle Williams, Claire Danes, Emma Stone, Zoe Saldana, Emily Blunt and Shailene Woodley, to get the inside scoop on what hair looks will heat up the red carpet this Sunday.

Aura recommends her A-list clientele use Wella Professionals Brilliance Shampoo and Conditioner, which is designed to seal in color while leaving locks irresistibly smooth to the touch.

Mad Men's second collection with Banana Republic is hitting stores next week, but that's not all the trend-setting show is inspiring. Finally, the AMC drama will have a makeup line, and to top it off, Estee Lauder took the bait!

"We've always felt like there's a connection between Mad Men and the Estee Lauder brand and Estee herself; the 60s were our heyday as well," Jane Hertzmark Hudis, the Global Brand President of Estee Lauder, told Style.com.

Because the cosmetics company was around in the 60s, this is not a line inspired by the 60s but was blended with the company's old practices.

New Designer Nail Collaborations

The collection includes the limited-edition Estee Lauder Mad Men Collection Crème Rouge in Evening Rose and the Estee Lauder Mad Men Collection Signature Lipstick in Cherry. Both pieces come in flute gold cases with turquoise detailing on the compact.

"The product and the packaging were inspired by a concept that we call 'handbag elegance,' beautiful things you take out of your purse," said Hertzmark Hudis.

The collection will be available on March 18, along with the ad campaign shot by Craig McDean and starring Constance Jablonski in 60s attire: a bold red lip and a soft faux-bob. Perfect timing for the Mad Men Season Five premiere on March 25!

Bliss Spa has added the Rhythm and Bliss massage to its menu in New York and Hoboken, a treatment that sets a classic rubdown in time with rock n' roll music.

Bliss isn't the only spa adjusting clients to unconventional updates. One spa in Arizona boasts a machine that "appears to have been designed by aliens to probe the human body. (The spa advertises that the resultant feeling has been described as 'soaring Superman-style to distant galaxies')," writes the New York Times. The Qua Baths and Spa at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas has added a massage with colored lights to its menu, and the Mii Amo spa in Sedona employs a table that shakes and saunters to imitate the motion of water.

The most eccentric (and popular) massage at the moment is offered by the Mandarin Oriental, Boston, and requires the client to hold several precious gemstones and decide which one "speaks to you." Then, the stone is placed on the client's head or lower back during the massage, and can be purchased after the treatment for an additional fee.

The Rhythm and Bliss massage will run you $155, while the Mandarin Oriental's gemstone massage costs $280 Monday-Thursday and $295 on the weekends... without purchase of your unique gemstone.

The Oscars are considered the most important show during awards season. So, what designer would say no to a chance to be featured on the red carpet?

J. Crew President Jenna Lyons actually turned down a request last week to design something for Sunday's show. Michelle Obama may be the best thing to happen to J. Crew, but why not enter the big leagues and design for an A-list movie star?

"We just got asked to do something for somebody for the Oscars, literally this morning. I said, 'When are the Oscars? Two weeks? No way.' If someone wants to wear a feathered skirt and a cashmere sweatshirt, then sure."

"Karen told me that her clothing line had an edge, and I wanted the makeup to embody that," said Jenna. "With edge, there is enough room to be creative and figure out what you want to do. However, this entire look can be worn on the average woman."

Walker's clothing always represents two opposing visuals, and Minard added that element to the makeup. She went for strong brows, liquid liner and contour on the cheekbones, and to add a feminine twist, she dabbed the lids with milky eyeshadows and painted long, thick lashes.

Tip from the pro: using a flat ended brush, put the liquid liner on your hand and dab the brush in the liner and lay in the lash line.

Rachel, Reese and Liv all have one thing in common: straight locks. Bangs are the perfect solution for adding some edge to an otherwise bland hairstyle. To get the look, celebrity hairstylist and Nexxus Salon Hair Care Creative Director Kevin Mancuso suggests using a shampoo and conditioner that doesn't overly soften hair which can make bangs lok greasy even when they are clean. Con: Bangs are High Maintenance for Textured Hair
Mancuso warns that if you have unruly textured hair, bangs are difficult to maintain and a daily time consuming straightening process is mandatory. But if you just can't resist trying the trend, use a shaping styler like Nexxus ProMend Split End Binding Bodifying Mousse on damp hair and blow dry bangs down, creating controlled volume. "Use your fingers and the force of the air to style," says Mancuso. "This works well for a softer sexy look."

Pro: Bangs Can Draw Focus to Your Best Features
For heart shaped and oval faces, bangs frame the face and accentuate your best features: your eyes and lips. To emphasize the eyes, get brow-level bangs. Want to play up your lips? Aim for cheekbone level.

Con: Beware of the Cowlick
Mancuso warns that "bangs cut on a cowlick may look good when you leave the salon but you may be arm wrestling with it at home." He offers a quick styling tip. Using a Denman brush, go back and forth through the bang with the brush following the dryer. "This will 'neutralize' the growth pattern of the cowlick and help it lay flat. The biggest mistake is to take a round brush and overextend your bangs, creating more of an awning than a bang.," advises Mancuso. To create the turned under affect, use a round brush to lock in place.

Pro and Con: Fringe Can Make You Look Younger
Not only are bangs sexy, but they make women look younger by covering lines and softening the whole face. But with thick, blunt bangs you may enter the danger zone of appearing too young. Think Punky Brewster.
