Not only did Adele take home six Grammy's Sunday night, but the "Rolling in the Deep" singer also had the most innovative mani of the night. Celebrity manicurist Mike Pocock matched her nails to her silver Louboutins. He used Ciate Paint Pot polish in Jewel on top, a silver with different sizes of glitter to create texture, and Ciate Paint Pot in Mistress in red underneath to imitate the label's famous red soles.
