Yes it's true that u you can break the rules,but I have point out that Taylor Swift looks rediculous in her photo! Her fake lashes are so long they look creapy and the bright lip looks horrible with the eyes...maybe that rule was made for a reason.

Oh my dear lord, the 11th slide, that photo...if you want to make us want to break the rules, don't show me photos of people who look horrible doing it! I disagree with the other commenter and think TS looks gorgeous in that pic, but what the hell is up with Nikki Reed here??

About the brows. Your brows should be three shades darker if your hair is light, and three shades lighter if dark hair. ;)
