Every summer, the world's most innovative and coveted beauty brands converge on Las Vegas to tell beauty editors, reporters and bloggers what's new for 2011. This annual meeting of the beauty minds is called Cosmoprof North America. Hundreds of hair, makeup, fragrance, spa and skin care brands--some you may have heard of and some that are brand new--will be there showing off their latest launches, trends and breakthroughs.

This year, I'll be joining the party as a judge and I couldn't be more excited. I'll be meeting with tons of beauty brands next week to see what they've got to offer for next year. Then I'll share the inside scoop with you guys on what's hot, fun and fresh for 2011.
