I received this product as a BzzAgent sample. I have thick, coarse hair that has some natural curl to it, and this product did help my hair stay straight and smooth longer than it would otherwise. The smell, however, was pretty awful, so I'm not sure I'll use this again. I definitely have gotten seven washes out of this treatment, and I've experimented with a straightening iron and with blow drying. Blow drying provided better results than my Chi alone. I think most people would be happy with the results from this product, and it does do what it advertises.

I just used this product. My drying time was shortened, and my hair does seems smoother and shinier, so yay! However, the smell was awful. Like, I almost washed it out before the full 20 minutes were up because it smelled so bad. I have thin, wavy/curly hair, and other than the smell, I am happy with the results. This product would be SO much better if they could get rid of the hideous smell.

I personally used a shower cap so I didn't smell it, but the smell doesn't stay in too long - the 2nd serum is MUCH nicer smelling, so it kind of counter acts it. I also sprayed some purfume on my hair right after blowdrying to make sure it didnt smell gross and that worked okay. (it kind of smells like perming stuff? not so pleasant...) Also, I left mine in overnight, so the smell didnt stay very long even though I left it in 20x the recommended amount of time.

This product did my make hair soft, and it made it a little shinier, but the blow dryer made my hair frizzy still, but not as much as it usually gets. And I agree with everyone else - the serum stuff really stinks! The 2nd cream thing you use smells ok, though.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. IM so glad garnier did this. I read Many reviews before i used this product so i was worried my hair my fall out if i used it. So i tested a lock of hair in the back of my head first and followed the directions. Everything was OK so the next day i used it like this:
put lotion on my forehead, temples, ears, and neck so the stink and harshness would not soak into my skin.
also lotioned my scalp. i dont need straightener there.
put on the gloves.
applied the STEP 1 to my hair avoiding roots and scalp.
left it on 20-25 min.
rinsed it well.
applied STEP 2.
combed it thru.
blow dried and styled.
my hair stayed as styled with body bounce but straight and shiney. NO fly aways NO frizz!!!!
the only improvement i can think of would be to
find a way to make it a little more lightweight.
but i will use it as is for now!
LOVE IT!!
it has a real bad stink.
the stink goes away.
but while working with STEP 1 it is just BAD!

Hey Guys : I just saw that product and i really wanna get one because my hair is always curly and i am always trying to make it straight because i think that's is better looking but i can't help it so i really hope i can have one but i just wanna ask something i am actually in Egypt so I wanted to ask : if that product is now in Egypt or not and if it isn't please let me know when it will be here ??!
