Q:Why aren't the models loading?
A:Due to high volume traffic, sometimes instead of the models only the word "loading..." will display. In this case, simply close your browser window and open the makeover tool again.

You can also try clearing your browser's cache:

For Internet Explorer:
- Click Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files -> OK

For Mozilla Firefox:
- Click Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> "Clear" next to cache.
