Not a fan of this pic..lets start with the hair. Well I've seen her look good with this hair color I think its the cut that destroys the look. it looks like it was cut with unsharpened scissors.and the make up is so bold it makes hes eyes look tiny.

I can't beleive it but i acually LOVE this look!! her skin is nice and pale which compliments her extremely blonde hair! her makeup is very light and sweet yet her lashes are long and gorgeous! her hair is a mess, i must say, but it really works with herskin and makeup! Brava!
