Step 2: When dry, rub tacky styling cream on your hands and then run your fingers through your hair while pulling up on random sections on top. Twist very small and random sections to create a slightly spiked texture. Step 3: Lift up on sections on top, mist with hairspray and hit with a quick burst from your blow-dryer to lock in your look.
