Step 1: Evenly distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair.
Step 2: Blow-dry hair while using a large round brush to apply slight upward tension at the roots and then softly roll the ends under.
Step 3: Once dry, quickly roll two-inch sections of hair onto large Velcro rollers before hair cools from the blow dryer. Allow to set for 10 minutes, then unwind the rollers and finger-style hair into shape. Spritz with finishing spray to lock in style.
