Key Styling Tip:	Step 1: Start with dry hair that is smooth on top and wavy through the length. Create an off-center part and gather the length low to one side. Secure into a ponytail with a coated elastic band. Step 2: Place a second elastic band five inches further down the length of the ponytail. Step 3: Grab a half-inch piece from the inside of the ponytail but below the second elastic band. Hold the section firmly with one hand and push up on the lower elastic band with the other hand to create a bubble of hair between the two bands.
