Step 1: Take a 1/4-inch section of dry hair and spritz with styling spray.

Step 2: Starting at the scalp, tightly wrap the first two inches around the metal end of a rattail comb. Clamp down on the section with a flat iron, holding for a few seconds to seal in the curl. Release without undoing the curl and continue with the next section until all hair is done.

Step 3: Leaving out all hair around your, sweep your length up and place into a high ponytail. Allow the ends to cascade down over the base of the ponytail.
