Step 1: Start with dry hair that is wavy through the length and smooth on top.

Step 2: Take a two-inch section on top of your crown and hold it straight up. Use a tight-toothed comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections at the crown and then create a side-part and smooth over the surface with a natural bristle brush.

Step 3: Smooth your length back and place into a low ponytail using a coated elastic band. Spritz with finishing spray to lock in your style.
