Key Styling Tip:	Step 1: Start with dry, slightly wavy hair. Step 2: Take a two-inch section on top and hold it straight up. Use a tight-tooth comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section down toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections on top of your head. Step 3: Smooth over the surface of the halo section with your comb as you direct it back. Allow the section to buckle slightly and then pin it securely into place. Pin back two-inch sections of hair on each side and then mist all over with hairspray to hold.
