Step 1: Distribute a dollop of volumizing mousse onto damp hair, then lightly spritz styling spray on to roots only.

Step 2: Blow-dry two-inch sections of hair with a round brush applying upward tension at the roots for lift, and then turn the brush several times down the length of the section to give it a slight bend.

Step 3: Once dry, section out four inches from the center of your hairline, then gently pull it back and pin in place at the crown area.
