Step 1: Mist styling spray at the root on towel-dried hair. Blow dry two-inch sections using a large round brush to lift at the root for volume.

Step 2: Take a two-inch piece within a halo section on top and hold it straight up. Use a tight-toothed comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections within the halo.

Step 3: Use a natural bristle brush and smooth the hair on the surface of the halo section as you direct it back. Spritz with hairspray for all-day hold.
