Step 1: Apply a nickel-size amount of styling lotion onto damp hair. Blow dry one-inch sections with a vent brush. Lift sections at the root and smooth the length straight.

Step 2: Avoiding the very top, mist a one-inch section of hair with styling spray and wrap around a medium curling iron. Hold section in place for a few seconds to set the curl, release and repeat all over.

Step 3: Leave dangling bits out in front. Sweep your length back, twist a few times and pin into place with the ends sprigging out. Spritz with hairspray for hold.
