Step 1: Start with dry hair that is smooth on top with big waves through the length.

Step 2: Take a two-inch section on top and hold it straight up. Use a tight-tooth comb and backcomb in short strokes along the back of the section down toward your scalp. Repeat with all sections on top of your head.

Step 3: Create a center-part. Leaving layers out in front, smooth the rest of your hair on top back over the teased section and clip together in back. Spritz with finishing spray to lock in your style.
