Step 1: Distribute a dollop of mousse onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections at a time with a large round brush. Turn the brush several times to create a gentle bend through the length.

Step 2: Wrap just the ends of a two-inch section around an extra-large curling iron. Hold the section in place for a few seconds to set the curl and then release, and repeat rolling all hair forward and under.

Step 3: Run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Mist with hairspray to create a perfect finish.
