Style Description: Kelly Osbourne offsets her super-short buzz cut on the sides with large, lustrous pin curls on top.
Key Styling Tip: Roll a one-inch section of dry hair around two fingers and pin up at the root. Sandwich the rolled section between the paddles of a large flat iron and clamp the iron down for a few seconds to set the curl. Repeat all over until all hair has been pin curled. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Remove the pins and finger-style hair into shape.
