Step 1: Work a pea-size amount of styling lotion onto damp hair. Then, using your fingers, distribute a dollop of mousse onto the root area.

Step 2: While blow-drying two-inch sections of hair with a large round brush, apply upward tension at the root and then softly roll the ends under.

Step 3: Once completely dry, separate a panel of hair that spans from temple to temple along your hairline, then pull it back and secure at the crown of your head with a clear elastic. Mist hair with finishing spray for a long-lasting hold.
