Step 1: Apply a handful of mousse onto damp hair. Using a round brush, blow-dry to move two-inch sections forward, rolling the ends under and in toward your face.

Step 2: Wrap just the ends of a one-inch section around an extra-large curling iron. Hold the section in place for a few seconds to set the curl, then release, and repeat rolling all hair under.

Step 3: Run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls and coax fullness. Add a thin headband to top off your look.
