Start with slightly wavy, tousled hair. Create a messy diagonal part and push your bangs to one side. Leave a few pieces out in front and sweep the rest of your length back. Wrap a coated elastic band around your hair just once. And instead of pulling all of the hair through the second time, allow the band to snap down on the section to form a messy loop with sprigging ends. Spritz with finishing spray to lock in your style.
