Step 1: Mix a quarter-size amount of styling lotion and several drops of shine serum and apply onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections straight using a paddle brush.

Step 2: Spritz the lower part of a two-inch section with styling spray and wrap it around a large curling iron. Hold in place a few seconds to set, release and repeat all over. Curl face-framing sections towards your face.

Step 3: Create a messy part. Lightly coat your fingers with shine serum and run through your hair to break up the curl. Spritz with hairspray to secure your style.
