Mist damp hair with texturizing spray. Blow dry two-inch sections in varied directions, brushing your hair flat against the shape of your head. Run a flat iron over the ends of various one-inch sections while slightly bending the ends outward. Dab styling cream on your palms and twist random fistfuls of hair, and then twist and pinch small sections through the ends to create a flick-y finish.
