Step 1: Combine a dime-size amount of styling lotion with a few drops of shine serum and apply onto damp hair. Blow dry two-inch sections at a time using a large round brush to lift at the root for volume. Create a diagonal part.

Step 2: Mist a one-inch section with styling spray. Wrap the bottom half around a medium curling iron, directing curl away from your face. Hold for a few seconds to set the curl, release and repeat until all hair is done.

Step 3: Finger-style curls into place. Spritz with hairspray to lock in your style.
