Step 1: Using your fingers, distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair. Blow-dry one-inch sections with a vent brush lifting slightly at the root for volume.
Step 2: Mist a one-inch section of hair with styling spray. Avoiding the very top, wrap section around a medium curling iron, hold for a few seconds to set, then release and repeat until hair is all curled.
Step 3: Lightly coat your fingers with styling cream and run through hair to break up the curls, then pinch the ends and create a piece-y texture.
