Carrie Underwood's pinned-back curls create a graceful hairstyle for a night on the town.

Step 1: Work a dime-size amount of styling lotion onto damp hair and blow dry two-inch sections with a paddle brush.
Step 2: Mist a one-inch section with styling spray and wrap it around a medium curling iron. Hold in place for a few seconds to set the curl and then release. Repeat, curling in the same direction until all sections are curled.
Step 3: Lightly coat your fingers with shine serum and run through hair to break up the curl. Take a large section on either side and pin it back.
