A delicate bend adds a barely-there texture to Cat Deeley's otherwise smooth strands.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Add a dollop of mousse onto your damp strands and then blow dry two-inch sections at a time with a paddle brush.
Step 2: While hair is still warm from blow-drying, roll a two-inch section around three fingers a few inches from your roots. Slide the section off of your fingers and bind through the center with a fabric-coated elastic band (scrunchie).
Step 3: Continue with all sections and then allow to set for 20 minutes. Once cooled, undo the sections and finger-style into place.
