In the years since the Clinton administration, Chelsea Clinton has quietly moved from her signature auburn curls to a soft, sophisticated (and somewhat sexy) hairstyle. With flattering blonde highlights and delicate layers that frame her face, the former first daughter seems to have taken a cue from Hollywood's most famous styles (think Jessica Simpson, but toned down). The best part about the look is that when the layers fall below chin-length, maintenance is fairly minimal.

To get the look, blow-dry the hair, and create a slight side part. Wrap just the ends of the hair around a large-barrel curling iron, hold in place for a few seconds, and release. Finish by rubbing a dab of pomade in your fingertips and pinching the ends.
