A slightly tousled finish spices up Debi Mazar's chin-length bob.
Styling Tip
Step 1: Using your fingers, distribute a dollop of mousse onto towel-dried hair. Blow-dry two-inch sections at a time with a large round brush. Lift slightly at the root for volume and roll the ends under.
Step 2: Create a messy side part. Apply a dab of styling cream onto your hands and run your fingers through your hair to break up the finish.
Step 3:Tuck one side behind your ear and spritz with hairspray to finish.
